RETURN POLICY:
CLOTHING: We gladly accept returns within 14 days for full priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered for an online store credit only. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
Our store credit does not expire so you can always use it on an item that you love whether from our existing collection or from the new designs that we constantly add.
*Discounted/Sale priced items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
JEWELRY: We gladly offer refunds to the original payment method for returned jewelry items minus a $9.99 restocking fee within 14 days of delivery. All jewelry items must be returned in their original packaging and in a new, original, and unworn condition in order to be eligible for a return.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Processing Time: 1-2 business days (exceptions apply)
Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days. (Free on orders over $100)
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
Exceptions: Items or sizes that are on backorder or preorder items are not in physical stock and take longer time to process and ship out, please refer to the advertised estimated shipping time on the product page for such items/sizes.
*We offer Free shipping over $100 from our facilities to the customer for new orders and on first exchange only. If a customer exchanges the same order more than once, they will be responsible for shipping fees on subsequent exchanges from our facility to them and a 15$ flat rate will be deducted from their store credit in addition to any return shipping costs if a prepaid return label is requested.

Backorders:
An item or a size that is on backorder mean that it is currently not available in physical stock mostly due to high level of demand. By purchasing an item that is on backorder you agree to the advertised estimated processing and shipping time.
Please note that our industry is experiencing a siginifcant supply chain challenges and transportation delays. We are doing our best to project accurate shipping dates for items on backorder; however, please note that these could change. We appreciate your patience as we do our best to have your backorder purchase shipped out to you as soon as possible.
