We do our best to ensure you receive your product in the fastest time possible. All in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days from our Chicago, Illinois warehouse (exceptions listed below). Once processed and shipped out, standard shipping takes 1-5 business days to arrive at your location.

Exceptions: Please note that the 1-2 day processing time does not apply to backorders or preorders and that choosing an express shipping option will not affect the production, processing, or shipping time. Please refer to the advertised estimated shipping time on the product page.

*We offer Free shipping over $100 for new orders and on first exchange only. If a customer exchanges the same order more than once, they will be responsible for shipping fees on subsequent exchanges and a 15$ flat rate will be deducted from their store credit in addition to prepaid return shipping label cost if a customer uses our prepaid return shipping labels.

We offer paid express shipping options within the U.S. The shipping rate will be automatically calculated on checkout. Express shipping takes around 1-2 business days to deliver to your location (Exceptions listed below).

Express shipping placed after 1 pm CT will ship the following business day.

Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and value. Orders typically take 24-48 business hours to process and leave our facility. Express shipping options are also available.

RETURN SHIPPING:
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Customers can either ship with their own carrier of choice or request a paid return label through our returns center. All returns must submitted through our returns center.
CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES & TAXES
Additional customs fees may apply at the time of delivery for orders outside of the United States. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government for more information. Unmatched is not responsible for the fees issued and we are unable to determine these fees prior to delivery.
Unmatched is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will not refund any order which has been not been sent back to our facility. Unmatched is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs that have not been paid for by the customer. Unmatched is not to be held responsible for delays to your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country.
Attention
For international orders, please be sure to enter a valid phone number at checkout. Without a phone number, DHL international express shipping will not be able to make a delivery.
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to wrong shipping addresses or missing phone numbers from the original order. We are also not responsible if you ignored any pickup notice from the shipping carrier, resulting in the loss of the package. We will not be held liable for misplaced or lost packages by the shipping carriers.
The return-to-sender package will be refunded as store credit, so you can make a purchase again with the correct address.
Any extra shipping option you pay beyond our free shipping option is always non-refundable.
