Instruction on how to apply store credit at checkout

WHERE CAN I LOCATE MY STORE CREDIT/GIFT CARD CODE?

When your store credit is issued, you will receive an automatic email to the same email address which you used to place your order which contains your store credit/gift card code.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTION: HOW TO APPLY STORE CREDIT AT CHECKOUT.

On Mobile:

1- Add the items that you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout.

2- Once you are on the checkout page, please click on "Show order summary",

3- Once you click "show order summary", the gift card/discount box will show. Enter your gift card code and press the → button to apply it.

Please make sure that the gift card code is applied by making sure that the order Total has changed. 

Once the gift card is applied, please proceed to enter your contact and shipping information and continue with the next steps until you finalize and place your order.


On Desktop:

1- Add the items that you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout.

2- the gift card/store credit box where you can apply your gift card code is displayed in the right-hand corner of the screen as shown the in screenshot below:

3- Please enter the gift card code in that box and press apply.

Please make sure that the gift card code is applied by making sure that the order Total has changed. 

Once the gift card is applied, please proceed to enter your contact and shipping information and continue with the next steps until you finalize and place your order.
