The following terms and conditions govern the use of the one-time Return Pass  offered by Unmatched BYU to eligible customers. By using the Return Pass, you agree to these Terms.


Eligibility

  • Return Pass is available only to customers who were subscribed to our email marketing list at the time of placing the order and who received a return pass qualification email.
  • The return pass code provided via email MUST be applied at checkout, if the return pass code is not applied at checkout prior to placing the order, the order will NOT be eligible for a refund.
  • Return Pass can only be used for new orders placed after the issuance of the Return Pass.
  • Return Pass can be used only once per customer and any subsequent orders will follow our main store credit-only return policy.
  • The Return Pass applies only to items that are full-priced and in stock.
  • Sale items and Items on backorder are not eligible for returns using the Return Pass.
  • Orders placed using gift cards are not eligible for Return Pass.
  • Items must be returned within 14-days of delivery. We do not accept returns after 14 days.


    Return And Refund Policy Using A Return Pass:

    • Restocking Fee: Refunds processed under the Return Pass are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
    • Return shipping cost: customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
    • Condition of Returned Items: All items returned must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accessories. Items that are damaged or show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.

      To initiate a return, please submit a return request via our return's center.  


      FAQ's:

      - I want to return my return-pass item and I only see the option to return to store credit in the return's center, what should I do?

      Our return's center follows our general store credit only policy, however, if you have a return pass code applied to your order, your refund will be processed accordingly and you will still be refunded to the original payment method minus a 10% restocking fee despite the message in our return's center since our backend shows that you have a return pass code applied. Please ignore the message at the return center and proceed with the return request anyways. 

      - Why is the Return pass code not working at checkout?

      If one of the items in your cart is not eligible for a return pass (a sale item or backorder item) then the return pass code will not work at checkout. If you are trying to purchase multiple items, some of which are not eligible items (discounted/backorder items) and some are eligible (full-price in stock items), then please contact our team prior to placing your order and they will manually apply the return pass for the eligible items.
