How to Return?
In order to return your item, please submit a return request via our returns center by following the steps below:
1- Visit our returns center.
2- Enter your order number and email. (Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you receive when you place your order).
3- Select the item you wish to return.
4- Select the return shipping option that you prefer. (you may either choose to have us send you a return label or you can use a courier of your choice and buy a label on your own)
Once you complete the return request, you will receive a confirmation email with the return instructions and return label (if you choose the option to send you a prepaid return label in your return request, the prepaid label will be deducted from your final store credit amount).
Once we receive and inspect your items we will issue your store credit within 24-48 hours for you to repurchase at any time. We usually issue store credit very fast.
